e-Summons service to send Summons/Notice in PDF format to the registered email IDs of Advocates / Litigants is being rolled out.

Hence, all the Advocates and Litigants are requested to make use of this Service by providing proper email IDs of Advocates / Litigants / Witnesses / Legal Heirs / Guardian / Attorney if any / Company during “Fresh case filing” or at the time of submitting documents to the Court in Pending cases.
